My Story

As a pharmacist with experience in geriatric care, I provide consulting services to help patients and caregivers better understand, manage, and assess medications—especially during transitions like hospital stays or long-term care placement. 

My main focus is to help answer questions and serve as a second set of eyes, reviewing medication lists to ensure they’re appropriate, effective, and safe. I also educate patients on the “why” behind their therapy, helping reduce the burden of medication routines. 

When challenges arise—such as side effects or access issues—I offer practical tools and guidance, including PGx testing support, to help find the best path forward.  Education is at the heart of what I do, and I enjoy offering engaging sessions for senior organizations, community events, and health fairs.

30-Minute Consults

• MTM Follow-Up: Continued support and adjustments based on prior consult.
• Caregiver/Family Session: Education and guidance for those supporting patient care.
• Cannabis/CBD Follow-Up: Ongoing support and monitoring for CBD or cannabis use.
